Rice Krispie treat pops
Made these recently for a bake sale and they were easy and delicious!
Here's how to make easy Rice Krispie treat pops:
You will need to prepare Rice Krispie treats as directed on the box or bag of mini marshmallows.
Let them sit in a buttered baking dish until they "set up" enough to form with hands -about 15 minutes. Butter hands and form them into balls.
Melt white chocolate disks from Wilton in a microwave-safe bowl, according to directions. Lay out parchment paper unto countertop or workspace.
TIP: dip one end of candy stick into melted chocolate before sticking them into balls (this helps to adhere the stick to the inside of the ball, keeping the "sucker" together.
Once they have "set up" again for about 15 minutes, dip into melted chocolate. Sprinkle with colored sugar of choice. Lay on parchment paper until dry.
Once dried, place inside cellophane wrapper and tie with ribbon.
See, like I said, super-easy, cute, yummy, and you can personalize them by adding tags to the ribbon, using different sprinkles, colors, etc...
Perfect for party favors, graduation open house, baby showers, wedding showers, etc...
