Mexican Fiesta

Decorate with brightly colored striped fabric tablecloths, red, orange, lime green...

Find as many Mexican related props as possible... Maracas, Mexican blankets, Sombreros, and the like.

Drape Mexican blankets and brightly striped fabrics over chair and use as tablecloths.

Use maracas and sombreros turned upsidedown and filled with tortilla chips for centerpieces...

Hang brightly colored paper lanterns...

Set up a 'taco bar'. Make up taco meat in a large crock pot.
Supply soft and hard taco shells, and tortilla chips. Fill bowls with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, slices olives, and chopped onions.

Also serve mexican rice in another crock pot.

Decorate with brightly-colored fabrics (for the tablecloths).

Use a large straw sombrero to serve chips and place a bowl of salsa.

Make homemade guacamole.
