Print your own "official" invitations. Word them, "Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to attend Alex's Birthday Party." Finish with official party info and word "This document will self destruct in two minutes". Place in a manilla envelope, marked "TOP SECRET" or "FOR YOUR EYES ONLY"
Form an easy obstacle course (based on kid's ages)
Set up a craft table for "agents" to create their own ID badges. Provide them with business card sized cardstock. If available, use an instant camera for small photos, ie: Polaroid's izone, so you can add a photo to each ID.
Make G-Force 'Hamster cookies' from FamilyFun.com
Decorate in shades of lime green, yellow, and black..
Use G-Force plush toys and movie posters for decor as well
