For a fun activity:  Make 'bombs' that the agents have to gather before they "explode"(not really), and the one who finds the most, wins.  Make your "bombs" using the cardboard tissue paper or paper towel holders.  Tape a circle with a small hole in the middle to each end.  Spray paint black.  Add red pipe cleaner to the end for a fuse.  Hide many throughout the party area.  Tell the "agents" that their mission is to obtain all of the bombs and dispose of into a large box or bucket.
